We pioneered Sandboarding in South Africa,
with the Company Director winning the World Championship in

Sandboarding
has been pioneered in the Cape and is unique in the way it
is presented. Its popularity can be ascribed to the growth
of Snowboarding overseas and the locations used are impressive
natural environments.
Downhill
Adventures are the pioneers of Sandboarding in South Africa.
Using imported, full professional snowboards which we personally
modify for sand, our expert guides will have you flying down
the dunes in no time. A short drive leads to the Lost City
of Atlantis or Silver Sands in Betty’s Bay where the
most spectacular dune environments exist in Cape Town.

Biking day trips have been carefully designed to offer
guests of all experience levels a challenging, fun-filled
experience. Rides through the Cape Point Nature Reserve,
Constantia Winelands, Tokai Forest and Table Mountain
are a brilliant alternative to experiencing the unique environment.
They range in difficulty from leisurely to extreme offroad-
let us know your level and requirements.

groups with trailers, back-up vehicles and specialist guides.
We run everything from half day activities to multi-day cycling
tours across South Africa.

addition we have over 100 front suspension 24 speed high quality
mountain bikes to rent.
Downhill Adventures runs the oldest
surf school in Cape Town, using proven surf lesson
techniques to get absolute beginners standing on a wave by
the end of a day.
Expert guides will fill you in on
surfers’ secrets of how to paddle out, read and, catch
a wave and how to control your body when you stand up, using
specialised learner boards. Surfing lessons are structured
to take the absolute beginner from surfing zero to wave riding
hero. We give clients a lifetime of accumulated surfing tips,
technical info and practical surf instruction to get the most
out of the day. We travel to some of the most scenic beaches
around the cape and offer half-day surfing to multi-day surf
packages.
Our surf lessons are based on international
surf instruction- our guides have travelled the world to learn
the best methods which they will share with you.
