Mountain Biking in Cape Town

Mountain Biking day trips have been carefully designed to offer guests of all experience levels a challenging, fun-filled experience. Rides through the Cape Point Nature Reserve, Constantia Winelands, Tokai Forest and Table Mountain the best way to experience these unique environments.

Alternatively, we have as many bicycles as required to set up tailor-made bike rides- ideal for incentive groups and schools.

We also have over 100 Mountain bikes to rent including hi-spec 27 speed disk brake Giant Mountain bikes.

	Tour Includes	Tour of the Cape Peninsula including penguins, easy cycling in the Nature Reserve and wine tasting at the oldest wine farms in the Cape: Groot Constantia and Constantia Uitsig.

Table Mountain Double Descent Biking Adventure

Times	from 09h00 until 12h00 (and 13h00 to 16h00 on request)
Fun dirt track riding adventure experience , traversing the front side of the the Mother City's Table Mountain, with the ease of a vehicle drop-off at the top of the trail. We start at the lower cable car station, and enjoy the exciting offroads trails, and private road leading round Devil's Peak. Its a great ride suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.

Tokai Forest Single Track Riding
Costs	R 695 per person
Days	Any Day by appointment, minimum 2 persons
Times	from 09h00 until 13h00 and 13h45 to 18h00
Great technical riding adventure for experienced mountain bikers through forest terrain and panoramic views of Cape Town's False Bay. Great single track, technical riding in one of the best mountain biking regions of South Africa.

Downhill Adventures Bike Rental
Costs	R 160 per day
Bicycle Type	Front Suspension, high-performance Trek & Giant bikes
Rentals Include	Helmets and Bicycle Lock. Please bring a credit card (Visa or Mastecard) as a security deposit.
