The military helicopter Bell UH-1 series
Iroquois better known as the "Huey" was
first produced in the late 1950s. Its invaluable and emotive
usage during the Vietnam War was widely recorded in numerous
Hollywood feature films including Apocalypse Now, M.A.S.H,
Full Metal Jacket and Platoon which helped it achieve legendary
status worldwide. Huey’s were utilized for Medevac,
command and control, transportation and as assault gun ships.

Over 16000 Huey’s were manufactured
and between them they have logged over 27 million flight hours
from the 1950's to the present day making them the most widely
used helicopters in the world.
Rigorous daily inspections are conducted
by Executive Helicopters team of engineers and only the most
experienced pilots are employed to fly the Huey helicopters.
All pilots are required to sign the
Huey Club pilot charter committing them to airmanship and
flight levels specifically designed reduce the impact on the
city residents and the marine environment.
