Tour of the Cape Peninsula including penguins, easy cycling in the Nature Reserve and wine tasting at the oldest wine farms in the Cape: Groot Constantia and Constantia Uitsig.

A leisurely tour through the spectacular setting of the Cape Point Nature Reserve with the option to ride a bike or sit in the tour bus. This is the best way to experience the unique plant and animal life of this area. Biking allows you to participate in this experience rather than observe it from the window of a bus. This unique mode of transport will allow close sightings of ostriches, antelope, baboons and mountain zebra.

After lunch we pack up and head for the Constantia wine lands. Constantia is home to some of the Capes finest vineyards. Try out the selection of reds, whites and desert wines. We visit two of the top South African wine farms - Constantia Uitsig and Groot Constantia. Find out why South Africa is hailed as one of the finest wine producing countries in the world.

1. Equipment - all adventure equipment (surfing, Sandboarding and mountain bikes) will be provided.

2. Accommodation - Depending on the availability, backpacker accommodation, or guest houses are are used. Both provide comfortable and stylish living conditions with amenities such as bars, cafes, pools and a sundeck.

3. Meals - all breakfasts included in the package as well as picnic lunches on the full day adventure trips (7 days). The last night's dinner is also included.

4. Transportation - all transportation to the surf and adventure locations are provided as well as shuttles to and from the airport.
